JODIE SCHMIDT is a real estate paralegal with partner Robert T. Prior of Prior, Daniel & Wiltshire, LLC in our Madison, Georgia office.

A native of Atlanta, Georgia, Mrs. Schmidt began her career as a legal secretary in 1987. She earned her paralegal certification with a litigation specialist designation from the National Center for Paralegal Training in 1991, the only accredited facility for paralegal studies in Georgia at that time.

Ms. Schmidt has over twenty years of legal experience in the areas of real estate closings and development, litigation, corporate and business law, family law, premises liability, and estate planning.
