LEE R. MOSS is a Partner with Prior, Daniel & Wiltshire, LLC. He is a native of Rex, Georgia and a 1993 graduate of Morrow High School.

Upon leaving high school, Mr. Moss attended the University of Georgia where he graduated in 1997 with honors with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.

While attending the University, Mr. Moss studied abroad for a semester at Oxford University, Oxford, England where he studied International Relations and Western European Political Systems.

In 2000, Mr. Moss earned his Juris Doctor degree from Georgia State University and was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2001. He has been practicing in Madison, Georgia since June of 2001.

Mr. Moss' areas of practice include general civil litigation, construction litigation, real estate litigation, criminal law, residential and commercial real estate transactions, county government law, estate planning, family law, and representing the Department of Family and Children Services in both Walton and Morgan Counties.

Mr. Moss is married to Camilla C. Moss, formerly of Stone Mountain, Georgia, and they currently reside in Madison, Georgia. On March 15, 2005, Mr. and Mrs. Moss made a special addition to their family with the birth of their daughter, Eleanor Smith Moss.
