R. STAN BAKER is an associate with Prior, Daniel & Wiltshire, LLC. He was born in Athens, Georgia and graduated from Clarke Central High School. Mr. Baker then went on to Davidson College where he played varsity football and served as captain of the varsity track team. Mr. Baker received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Davidson in 1999. In 2004, he received his Juris Doctorate Magna Cum Laude from the University of Georgia School of Law and was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia. While at Georgia Law, Mr. Baker garnered honors including induction into the Order of Barristers and the Joseph Henry Lumpkin Inn of Court, Champion of the Talmadge Advocacy Competition, and National Finalist in the American Bar Association Moot Court Competition. Following law school, Mr. Baker served as the Law Clerk to the Honorable William T. Moore, Jr., Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia.

Mr. Baker's practice areas include business and commercial litigation, education and employment law, property and estate disputes, as well as criminal defense.

Mr. Baker is married to Crystal Chastain Baker, and they have one daughter, Anna Beth.
